About me
A designer with 11+ years’ experience working across agencies and in-house teams.
I’m a designer with over 11 years’ experience across both in-house roles and agency environments, with a strong focus on brand, visual systems, and website design.
That mix of experience has led me to working fully remotely, supporting agencies with ongoing website projects, design systems, and visual direction. I’m comfortable stepping into existing workflows and contributing where extra design capacity or continuity is needed.
Outside of client work, I spend most of my time outdoors, travelling, surfing, running, and hiking, which helps me keep a balanced, focused approach to the work I take on.
I take on projects with clear scope and timelines, typically marketing sites, CMS builds, and brand refreshes. I usually run 1–2 projects at a time so I can stay focused and responsive.
I work well in async setups: clear briefs, written feedback, and lightweight check-ins when needed. You’ll always know what’s happening, what’s next, and what I’m waiting on.
I’m experienced in carrying work from early-stage concepts through to final handover, which helps maintain clarity and intent as projects move forward.
Projects usually start with a written brief to understand scope, goals, and timelines. If helpful, a short call can be used to clarify details. From there, I’ll outline a clear approach and confirm next steps before any work begins.
I mainly work on website projects including marketing sites, content-driven builds, and refreshes. These are often alongside brand or visual design where it’s needed.
Most projects run over a few focused weeks, depending on scope. Timelines are agreed upfront, with clear milestones so everyone knows what’s happening and when.
Yes. I’m comfortable stepping into projects at different stages, whether that’s refining existing designs, taking a build through to completion, or supporting a team mid-way when extra capacity is needed.
I’m used to working remotely with agencies and distributed teams. Communication is typically handled through written feedback and regular check-ins, keeping things clear and efficient without unnecessary meetings.
Pricing is usually scoped based on an estimated amount of time for the work, with a clear cost agreed before the project starts. For smaller or ongoing pieces of work, an hourly or day rate can also make sense.
If you’d like to discuss a project or get an estimate, feel free to get in touch.
Yes. I regularly support agencies on an ongoing basis, whether through repeat website projects or additional design support as needs change.
